BUILD UP ROOF

Many flat roofs start leaking prematurely due to pooling or ponding water. One of the most common flat roof repairs we handle is re-sloping. Flat roofs can develop low spots, allowing for water to sit on top of the roof instead of being expelled to the ground. Fixing these low spots requires tapering. We install insulation to build up the low spots to prevent the problem of standing water.
